Great Place to Work, one of the world’s leading human resources research institutes and known for its studies on corporate culture since 1992, announced the companies that were awarded this year’s certificate. Globelink Ünimar, which draws attention with its nearly 30 years of experience in the logistics industry, as well as the cultural transformation it has realized and the human resources strategies it has put into practice, has been awarded the Great Place to Work certificate given by a global independent research institution. Globelink Ünimar, which won the certificate last year, continued its success as the owner of the certificate for two consecutive years.
In the certification process of Great Place to Work, which is known as a global brand value for its research specific to corporate culture and employee experience, detailed surveys were conducted with the participation of employees to evaluate corporate culture and employee experience. The certificate won by Globelink Ünimar, which continues to achieve success in the light of the processes and cultural transformation strategies implemented by the human resources department, will be valid throughout 2023.
